VACO presents ER Library Seed Library an award

VACo’s Katie Boyle; Julie Phillips, Botetourt County Director of Libraries; Jaime Duval, Eagle Rock Branch Librarian and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, Billy Martin, Valley District Mac Scothorn and Steve Clinton, Amsterdam District.

The Virginia Association of Counties presented the Seed Library at Eagle Rock Library an Achievement Award at the Board of Supervisors Meeting on August 28. Botetourt County won for the Eagle Rock Seed Library.

The seed library promotes home cultivation and agriculture to the average citizen by giving away and donating seeds.
