BANK OF BOTETOURT ANNOUNCES RESTRUCTURE AND PROMOTIONS

Laurie C. Hart – Senior Vice President, Chief Strategic and Retail Officer, Cave Spring Office

Lindsay Day-Snow – Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, Bonsack/Route 460 Office

Bank of Botetourt is pleased to share more exciting updates about members of its team. “As the Bank continues to expand its regional footprint and closes the gap of reaching and exceeding $1.0 billion in total assets in the coming years,” G. Lyn Hayth, President and CEO continues, “we have and will be restructuring a few positions to improve our operations by enhancing and leveraging strengths for growth opportunities.”

After several years with the Bank, Laurie C. Hart – SVP, Chief Strategic & Retail Officer is elevating her focus within the realm of the customer experience, in-person and digitally. Laurie brings forty years of financial experience accumulating a wealth of industry knowledge throughout her career. She began her profession in banking in the Roanoke Region with Dominion Bank. Her career then moved her to Charlotte, North Carolina, and after ten years she and her husband Bill moved back to the region to raise their son, David. Prior to joining the team at Bank of Botetourt, she was the Chief Retail Banking and Deposit Officer with the former HomeTown Bank of Roanoke. Laurie has extensive expertise across commercial, retail, and ancillary services including treasury and merchant services, digital banking, investments, and product development. She will continue to manage the oversight of all retail offices and deposit services. Her new focus is strengthening the products and services the Bank currently offers, with a concentration on Treasury Services and Merchant Services. Laurie said, “I continue to be an enthusiastic member of the great team at Bank of Botetourt, especially as we grow and expand our footprint. It is an honor to be a part of this Bank and its history. Community banks are the lifeblood of the communities they serve, and Bank of Botetourt is no exception, offering today’s technology services with a personal touch.”

A native of the Roanoke Valley, Laurie has deep roots within the community and throughout the region. Laurie double majored at Roanoke College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics. She is a current member of the Virginia Bankers Association Government Relations Committee and serves on the St. Andrews Catholic Church Parish Finance Council. She has served on the boards of The Roanoke Symphony and The Jefferson Center. Laurie will be relocating from the Daleville area to the Cave Spring office located at the intersection of 419/Brambleton road to manage these functions.

The Bank promoted three of its team members to Assistant Vice President and one to an officer of the Bank. “The growth the Bank has experienced over recent years has been exceptional and we know the value and importance in recognizing those who have helped us get to where we are. After all, this Bank is all about our community and its people – employees and customers alike,” commented Laurie C. Hart, Senior Vice President, Chief Strategic and Retail Officer.

Lindsay Day-Snowhas been promoted to Assistant Vice President and will continue in her role as Branch Manager of the Bank’s Bonsack/Route 460 Office in Roanoke. She’s been in banking for eight years. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Psychology and Social Work. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys gardening, reading and most recently golf. She and her husband Kevin live in Roanoke and love their children Britain, Bowie, Sydney, and Justin.

April S. Graybill has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and will continue serving as the Branch Manager of the Bank’s Troutville Office. She began her career in banking more than thirty-three years ago and helps customers identify opportunities to enhance their financial well-being. April graduated from Mary Baldwin College with a BA in Sociology and a Teaching Degree. She is a member of Fincastle Baptist Church and in her spare time enjoys reading, playing the piano, knitting, and cross-stitching. April grew up in Roanoke City and resides in the Daleville area of Botetourt County with her husband, Robert.

Robin Z. Stultz has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and will continue as Branch Manager at the Bank’s Peters Creek Office. She has been in the banking industry for twenty-eight years. Robin has her Associates degree from National Business College and a bachelor’s degree from Colorado Technical University. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, tending to her flowers, and spending time with her family, especially grandson Vander. Robin grew up in New Castle at an early age and has long since been a resident of the Salem area. She and her husband James and their two sons Jacob and Jordon. 

Catina Webb has been promoted to Officer, serving as the Bank’s representative in Residential Underwriting. She has more than ten years of experience, undertaking various roles within the Bank before becoming a senior loan processor at the Bank’s Loan Services Center in the Town of Troutville. A graduate of Hollins University with a major in History and a minor in Art History, Catina is a member of the Order of the Easter Star and the Multiple Sclerosis Alliance of Virginia. She enjoys spending time with her niece Iliana and nephew Owen, reading, and listening to music, and resides in Roanoke.
