New Building coming to Daleville Town Center

Another mixed-use building is planned for Daleville Town Center. This proposed structure would be built in the empty lot between the structure housing Tizzone’s and the Lewis Gale building at the intersection of Town Center Street and Shenandoah Avenue.

It will front US 220.

The Board of Supervisors approved a Special Exception Permit (SEP) at its July 26, 2022 meeting for the new structure, which would house a restaurant, office buildings, and three apartments on the third story.

The SEP was for height requirements to allow for the third story.
