“Where my Home and my Heart Meet,” is the 250th Anniversary song

An official Anniversary song for 2020 and the 250th Anniversry. Better yet, the song is great. They rhymed ” Got” with “Botetourt.” Impressive! David Austin and Friends performed the song at the Kick-off to The Botetourt 250th Anniversary Celebration year on Sat. Feb 1 at LBHS. Song written by David Austin and Ted McAllister.

On the top of our website we placed a banner ad that all you have to do is click to get to the events listing for the anniversay celebrations through out 2020.

And for the next year, the Botetourt Bee will post events as reminders. We will also publish five facts of historical and sometimes humerous facts about the past 250 years.
