Spelling Bee Winners announced

The Botetourt County Public School Division Spelling Bee took place on Wednesday, February 6th at Lord Botetourt High School.  Congratulations to our winner, Josiah Merchant, from Eagle Rock Elementary School.  Our runner-up was Maya Dorra , from Read Mountain Middle School.  The winning word was “jefe”.  Josiah Merchant will represent Botetourt County at the Roanoke Times Regional Spelling Bee on March 9th at 10:00am (@ William Fleming High School).  Good luck Josiah!
