Happy 70th Anniversary to Curtis and Phyllis Simmons!

Congratulations to Curtis and Phyllis Simmons of Daleville who are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary on Monday, August 8. Curtis and most of his family have been Botetourt residents for decades. Curtis was a residential builder and developer of Botetourt Plaza, Simmons Industrial Park and Cedar Ridge Subdivision. They have 6 children, 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Most of them are communityservants..teachers, pastor, law enforcement, fire and rescue, emergency management, and nursing. Their marriage has provided a wonderful legacy of love to the citizens of Botetourt.
