Gavin Price honored by the Town of Buchanan for his volunteer efforts to help others

Gavin Price of Buchanan is an elementary school student with a big heart. For the last several years he has conducted a peanut butter drive for local kids and families. He has raised thousands of jars to assist the community.

In December he was supposed to be the Grand Marshall of the Buchanan Christmas parade which was canceled due to bad weather.At the latest Town Council meetung in January 2022, the Town of Buchanan recognized his efforts. Congratulations to a young fella who works hard to help others! We are very proud to have Gavin in Botetourt County!
