Mobile Marketplace returns to Eagle Rock on Oct. 27

Where: Eagle Rock Community Center

When: Wed. Oct. 27, 10 AM- 12 AM

Who: Everyone! Cash, Credit Cards and EBT cards are accepted

What: Fresh affordable foods in partnership with Feeding America

Why: Eagle Rock is a food desert meaning no grocery store within 15 miles. Eagle Rock has an older population and has a Title I school in the vicinity. But anyone is welcome to come!

So come on out and support this worthy effort. Last month 53 people shopped for food and groceries. Let’s see if we can get more shoppers. I now the produce and cheese myself and others purchased was delicious!
