Information for the Saturday Lord Botetourt Football game, limited attendence, but you can Live Stream

TheBotetourt Bee has obtained this information from Athletic Director Chuck Pound. This information is for the 1 p.m. on Saturday Feb. 27 against GW Danville . The game will be played this Saturday at LBHS. No public attendence, other than player, band and cheer parents. Gov. Northam did announce the crowd size for outdoor events will be increased to 30% or up to 1,000 attendees begining on March 1. The Botetourt Bee will keep you updated.

Spectators

●LBHS will adhere to the 250 spectator limit for outdoor events

●Spectators are limited to guests of event participants only

●Spectators ​must​ be on the guest list to be able to purchase a ticket

●Visiting fans ​will not​ be allowed to attend

Purchasing Tickets

●Spectators that are on the guest list may purchase tickets in two ways

●Spectators are encouraged to purchase tickets using the ​Ticket Spicket​ app on theirphone or device. This allows for a contactless e-ticket purchase to enter the game.

●Spectators will be able to purchase tickets at the ticket window with cash onlyParking and Stadium Entrance●Parking will be limited to the front of the school. Parking behind the school and at thesoftball field will be limited to handicap and game personnel.

●Spectators who need handicap parking should enter the grounds from the south (lower)entrance near the softball field.

●With the exception of those using handicap parking, all spectators will be required to enter the stadium from the ticket gate at the top of the stadium steps. Access to this gate from the front of the building is via the sidewalk and steps from the far left end ofthe school building.

Seating and Masks

●Spectators are asked to sit in the bleachers on seats marked by ​black dots. ​People thatlive in the same house may sit together. Seats are marked in groups of two and singles.

●Masks are to be worn at all times while attending LBHS events.

●Spectators will be asked to exit the stadium at the conclusion of the game

Concessions

●Concessions will be sold during the game and will include water, Coke products andpre-packaged items
