Alam Design Group to present plan for Greenfield Meadows on June 13, Community meeting

“Please come to listen to our presentation on June 13, 2019, 6:00pm at Bellacinos. We want community feedback and support.” said Husain Alam a local architect of Alam Design Group. He has plans for a new over 100 home project on Etzler Rd he has dubbed, “Greenfield Meadows.”

Alam said, ” We are proposing single family homes from $180,000 to $230,000. The homes are described 100 plus ne homes in Botetourt. 3 bed, 2.5 bath. Open floor plan. 1,630 sq ft to 1,812 sq ft finished. Porch 397 sq ft. Garage 279 sq ft. Optional basement 865 sq ft. with the potential of 3,353 sq ft. under roof.

He says the interior will include Custom cabinets, granite counters, hardwood floor, brick/hardy exterior.
