The donation of an industrial wood chipper by Bartlett Tree Experts to the Forest Management Technology program at Dabney S. The like-new chipper, refurbished by Bandit Industries, will be used by DSLCC forestry students to gain instruction in debris removal process associated with the practice of arboriculture. DSLCC will be launching a new course offering in the Associate in Applied Science Degree in Forest Management Technology with a Specialization in Arboriculture and Urban Forestry in the fall of 2020.
