On Sept 22, 2018 Fincastle Festival’s 50th year celebration was small, but well attended. A number of vendors, artists and some food made the morning sunshine prepare to give way to later day rain. In this photo, Donna Haley a local scouting enthusiast and naturalist blows bubbles for the crowd.
