Catawba Valley Farmers Market gets Governor’s proclamation from Bettina Ring

Bettina Ring the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Secretary of Agriculture praised the 10 years of Catawba Valley Farmers Market. She brought with her a proclamation from Governor Ralph Northram. Extoling the benefits of local foods and good nutrition, she handed over the certificate on a very special market day, Aug. 9.
