Bank of Botetourt Botetourt Fire and EMS Partner to Provide COVID Tests to the Community

January 13, 2022, Daleville, VA – On Saturday, January 22nd beginning at 9am, Bank of Botetourt and Botetourt County Fire and EMS are pleased to partner to provide free COVID-19 antigen home rapid tests to our community. Vehicles are encouraged to enter through the main entrance at Daleville Town Center and turn right, towards Bank of Botetourt. Michelle Austin, Bank of Botetourt COO & CFO explains that “each vehicle will receive a one goodie bag that includes a 2-pack COVID test kit. These will be given out on a first come first serve basis, to the first 100 vehicles.” To keep traffic moving, volunteers from both organizations will be lined up along Town Center Street and will hand out bags as vehicles drive by. Jason Ferguson, Botetourt County Fire & EMS Chief, goes on to say, “please help us spread the word so we are able to get these tests into the hands of those that need them.”
