James River announces some sports info for Spring Sports

James River football will host Alleghany HS at 7 p.m. on Friday Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. There is limited attendence to families of players, cheerlders and the band. As follows from Vincent Wyatt, JRHS Atheletic Director. All Spring Sports will follow the sme format in attendance.

As stated in the LBHS post, Gov. Northam has increased outdoor attendance to 1,000 maximum as of Mar. 1. The Botetourt Bee will keep updates coming on how that may affect spring sports.

Wyatt said,

1.Right now we are only allowing 2 tickets per player, band member, and cheerleader for football. Each spectator will check in with the ticket taker as they pay for entry.

2. Volleyball is the same as basketball. Only 25 people are allowed to attend. We are able to give 2 tickets per player. 

3. We offer streaming through the NFHS network. A monthly subscription is 10.99 and a yearly subscription is 69.99. You can watch from your computer or phone

4. Press are allowed, Just bring your press badge and you will be just fine.

 5. Spring schedules are up but are subject to change.
