Troutville Town council begins the New Year
The new year began with a swearing in ceremony for theMayor and Town Council. Mayor W. David Horton and council members Granville Grant, Jonathan Simmons and Jon Cook are pictured along with Dean Paderick who was reappointed as Vice Mayor as well.
