Ella B’s is in a Watermelon snow cone biz

Her brightness matches her featured trailer. Ella Brown an 11 -year-old has her own business that she runs out of the Town of Buchanan. She sells snow cones from a watermelon trailer! In other words, “Have wheels will travel!”

“She has applied for a license to sell the snow cones in Buchanan,” said her grandmother, Kathy Stevens Austin. She will have her own permanent spot to sell the snowcones as well.

“Ella was diagnosed earlier this year with Type 1 Diabetes,” said her mother Catie Austin-Brown. She has a sign on the counter that reads: This business is run by a Type 1 Diabetic. We are happy to provide a carb count. Better yet, Ella is mananging her Diabetes well.

On Saturday August 24, Ella was invited to Black Dog Salvage who held the Dog Bowl a musical event in SW Roanoke City. She is featured here at the Dog Bowl where business was very good!
