Little Critters Petting Zoo open for animal days

Come to Little Critters Traveling Petting Zoo at 344 Country View Dr. Troutville (and located off Country Club Rd.) for animal days! The animals are accustomed to people and children and what a fun way to spend a morning!

Rhonda Shupe co-owner of the zoo said. “Little Critters Traveling Petting Zoo is a family owned business. We travel with the animals to all kinds of events & locations like Birthday Parties, Church events, Elementary school functions, Nursing homes, Community events & festivals.” The zoo is licensed and USDA certified. The animals have been wormed and given necessary shots.

Little Critters Traveling Petting Zoo is hosting preschool and homeschool day every Wednesday through Dec. 5! Events will focus on one kind of animal each Wed. There will be a mini lesson on the animal, related story, a coloring page or simple craft, the child will get to pet and feed a selected animal, have a snack and drink. There will be a possible mini hay ride depending on weather. You must contact the LCTPZ to register for tickets. Owner Coy Shupe said, “Mention preschool special and date, and I will send a registration form.” Call Coy Shupe at 354-8490.

Tickets for adults $5
Children $8
Preschool class field trip: $150. (Under 20 students)
