Area Children’s author Rhonda McDonald at Children’s events

Rhonda McDonald, local children’s Author, retired Botetourt County Reading Specialist now has 11 published children’s books.  She recently attended the Botetourt Farmer’s Market Kid’s Day.

On Saturday August 4, she will be attending the Botetourt County Libraries “End of the Summer Reading Celebration at the Eagle Rock Library.

2018 has been an exciting year with 5 new books published!  Two more books are in the process of being illustrated. Most of her books concern animals, nature or science gered toward children.
