Botetourt County Announces Changes to July Board of Supervisor Meetings Plus Addition of Live Stream

Date: July 10, 2023 (Botetourt County, VA) – Due to scheduling conflicts, there will be some changes to the Botetourt County Board of Supervisor meetings in July. The amended schedule is as follows:

• Monday, July 17, 2023, 6 pm: Botetourt County Board of Supervisors Meeting Continued from June 27, 2023. Agenda will be posted by Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 5pm. Agendas can be accessed by visiting www.botetourtva.gov/agendacenter .
• Monday, July 31, 2023, 6:30 pm: Pending approval after the July 17, 2023 meeting, it is expected that the July Botetourt County Board of Supervisors Meeting will take place on Monday, July 31, 2023 at 6:30 pm (rescheduled from July 25th).  Closed Session will start at 5:30 pm. The July Regular BOS Agenda will be posted by Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 5pm. Agendas can be accessed by visiting www.botetourtva.gov/agendacenter .
• Meetings will resume on a normal schedule in August (4th Tuesday of the month at 2 pm).

LIVE STREAM Starts July 17, 2023! Botetourt County is making it easier to watch Board of Supervisors meetings and public hearings live or at your convenience! The Botetourt County Board of Supervisors made the decision to start streaming services as an internal goal for fiscal year ’24.

To achieve this goal, beginning July 17, 2023, the Botetourt County Board of Supervisors Meetings and Public Hearings will be live-streamed. You can access the live stream and find out more information at www.botetourtva.gov/livestream. Meetings will be recorded and published on the Botetourt County YouTube Channel.
