Botetourt YMCA has new Executive Director who is a familiar name and face

BOTETOURT FAMILY YMCA NAMES NEW BRANCH EXECUTIVE
The YMCA of Virginia’s Blue Ridge is pleased to name Rob Lough as the new
Botetourt Family YMCA Branch Executive Director.
Lough grew up in East Tennessee and is a graduate of Maryville College and
Emory University. He has served in the Air Force, which included four
deployments to the Middle East. After his military service, Lough served in
the United Methodist Church for 15 years, including four years as the pastor
of St. Mark’s in Daleville. He recently returned to the Botetourt area with his
wife Andee, who is the Director of the Carilion Community Care Clinic, and
their two children.
Lough’s background in leadership and community relations makes him an
excellent fit for the Botetourt Family YMCA, as they strive to make an impact
on Botetourt County and the surrounding areas. He looks forward to
partnering with local leaders and organizations.
