DSLCC announces local grads

Andrew Newcomb of Buchanan was one of more than 200 graduates who participated in commencement exercises at DSLCC Friday night. Newcomb, a graduate of James River High School, earned an Associate Degree in Forest Management Technology. Handing over the diploma was DSLCC President Dr. John Rainone.
