Bank of Botetourt’s Hawks earns Certified Bank Accounting Specialist

Bank of Botetourt’s Hawks is now a Certified Bank Accounting Specialist

Bank of Botetourt is pleased to share that Autumn E. Hawks is now a Certified Bank Accounting Specialist. She completed this professional certification through BankerCollege. Autumn currently works in the Bank’s Accounting Department from the Troutville Office as the Accounts Payable Clerk.

Michelle Austin, EVP & CFO stated that “Autumn’s work ethic and desire to learn shows through every day in her job,” Michelle continued “with this new certification, her role and responsibilities will expand.”

A graduate of Radford University, Autumn double majored in Accounting and Finance. She has been with the Bank for more than three years after working previously in sales. In her free time, Autumn enjoys reading and is currently learning Korean. She grew up in Botetourt County and currently resides in Roanoke City with her husband, Cecil.
