Botetourt County Launches Recruitment Campaign
“You’re Not Typical. Neither Are We.”
Date: March 10, 2022 (Botetourt County, VA) – On Friday, March 11, 2022, Botetourt County is launching a recruitment campaign titled “You’re Not Typical. Neither Are We”.
In preparation for the campaign, we polled our county employees and asked – why do you like working for Botetourt County? They said, at the end of the day, it’s about the people. Working with people that make you feel valued, supported, and included – and that’s what makes our team so special.
Currently the County is actively recruiting for:
- IT positions
- Grounds Maintenance Positions
- Part Time/Seasonal Maintenance Positions
- Part Time/Seasonal Sports Complex Workers
- Part Time Van Drivers
- Part Time Librarian Assistant
You will see and hear our campaign in various channels like:
- Digital Ads(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit) plus posts on our social channels
- Web Based / Job Boards
- Radio Ads
