Parks and Rec meeting is Feb 1 and the future of youth spring sports

A meeting of the Botetourt County Recreation Advisory Commission will be held on Monday, February 1, 2021, at 6:30 PM at the Greenfield Education and Training Center, 57 S. Center Drive, Daleville. 

” A Decision will be made soon about Youth Spring Sports, said the new Director of Parks and Recreation in Botetourt County Mandy Adkins. The public is welcome to atend the meeting on Monday at 6:30 but social distancing and masks are required. Adkins said the Rec department is working closely with the County Administrator’s Office and the Board of Supervisors in finding a solution for spring sports.
