Rep. Ben Cline, Congressman from the 6th District presented Director Lois Fritz a copy of a proclamation honoring New Freedom Farm in Buchanan. Cline also met volunteers and Veterans and Sheriff Matt Ward at the event on Tuesday afternoon. New Freedom Farm uses horses to help Veterans suffering from PTSD
