DSLCC re-scheduled graduation is Sept 12 with a few notable differences

I am sure there will be restrictions to immediate family, but it is admirable they are going to hold a graduation ceremony.

Here’s a the breakdown for both ceremonies on September 12:

• At the 10:00 am ceremony, all Associate Degree and all certificate recipients (except for the ones listed below) will be honored.

Once the first ceremony is completed, the gym will be vacated and will not re-open until 1:00-1:15 pm.  This will allow the time necessary for cleaning and disinfecting the chairs and surrounding area. 

• At the 2:00 pm ceremony, all Nursing (RN and PN), Workforce (FastForward), Advanced Healthcare, and Science and Math CSC credentials will be awarded.  This ceremony will also serve as the Nursing Pinning Ceremony for both programs. (Usually there is a separate pinning ceremony for the nursing graduates the night before graduation.
