Botetourt County history Museum is now open
The Botetourt County Historical Museum has reopened for visitors after being closed since March due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the museum is open by appointment. Please call the museum at (540) 473-8394 for an appointment.
Masks are required and social distancing must be observed. A maximum of 10 visitors will be allowed in the museum at any time. The museum bookstore will be open for shopping. The Botetourt County Historical Museum is located at 3 West Main Street, Fincastle, Virginia, directly behind the historical Botetourt County Courthouse. The restored Colonel James Breckinridge Law Office is a part of the museum and open for visitation.
