Community Mental Health During the time of Covid-19 is Thursday June 25 live on FB
The COVID-19 pandemic and the important measures to reduce the spread of infection have also made it a challenging time for everyone’s stress levels and mental health. All of us have been asked to change our normal routines, sometimes in very dramatic ways, find new ways to connect with our loved ones, stay home for long periods of time, among many other changes in our day-to-day lives.
At the invitation of the Botetourt County Administrator’s Office, please join us for a 45-minute presentation live streamed on Facebook provided by experts at Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health and well-being. You will learn about what you can do to help promote good mental health during these challenging times of the pandemic, prevent more serious problems from occurring, and what to do if you or a loved one begins experiencing more significant problems. We hope to provide helpful information to Botetourt County residents that helps them navigate the stress they or loved ones may be feeling during all of these changing times
Tune in to BotetourtCoVA live on FB at 7 pm June 25th
