Miette Veldman received Scholarship

I had the honor of presenting The Cavalier Athletic Club’s fifth and final $500 scholarship for the class of 2020.
Congratulations to Miette Veldman! I believe Miette is probably the greatest athlete to ever come out of our area. She has 5 state championships rings and multiple State Player of the Year awards in basketball and volleyball.

Miette will continue her academic and volleyball career at James Madison University. Congratulations Miette!
