Bryant Orchards store offers much to local fresh foodie fans and more!

The Botetourt Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Bryant Orchards on July 23rd. “The business relocated from the fruit and produce shed next to the Daleville post office after 13 years,” said Kelsey Bryant who minds the  new store at 16 Cedar Plateau Way in the new strip mall by Bellacinos.

Ironically, the gravel lot where the Bryants began selling peaches under a tent is where the business is located today said, Byant.

The have a host of local fruits and vegetables, local meats, honey and jellies on sale. They also have a bake shop in the store where Barb Byrant her mother-in law who began the original fruit stand, produces tasty baked goods.

Happily they sell Homestead creamery milks and ice cream. Sarah’s Petals a local flower grower has flowers there all week. Other items are herbal teas, some décor, and  soy candles and melts from North Mountain Candle Company in Buchanan. Cider and salsa are also featured for sale.

The store is open M-fri 9;30- 6 and Sat from 9-4. Closed Sunday.

“ We are local items focused. We will be open through Decemebr, take January and February of and reopen in March to fit our local theme said Bryant.

So stop by on your way home or make a special trip out to Daleville for locally grown foods, meats and more!
