Foodie Friday: Easy Peach Cobbler
Peaches are bountiful at the Farmer’s Markets and stores. This is a very easy recipe that is just outstanding. Serve with vanilla ice cream! Try it for Sunday dessert. Serves 6.
Easy Peach Cobbler
1/2 Box yellow cake mix
5 juicy, ripe peaches peeled and sliced
1 stick of butter melted
A pinch of cloves, a pinch of cinnamon
Spray Pam
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pie plate with Pam. Cover bottom of pie plate with peaches. Add spices. Sprinkle cake mix over, completely covering peaches. Press down with back of spoon, then lightly spread melted butter over the cake mix. Make sure it is evenly distributed.
Bake in oven for 40 minutes. Let sit on table 5 minutes then dish out and add a scoop of ice cream if desired. Enjoy!
