Introduction to Yoga at Fincastle Library Mar. 28

Learn how to connect with your inner self and find balance in mind and body. This is a free, one-hour beginner level class where you can expect to learn new things,move in ways that will make your cells sing,and leave feeling balanced and rejuvenated.

Thursday Mar. 28 6 p.m. at Fincastle Library.

Bring your own mat or a large towel. A limited number of mats will be available for use,first come first-serve.
