How to run for office in the Nov. 6 election

Commissioner of Revenue, Rodney Spickard, will not seek another term when his current term expires December 31, 2019. Voters interested in becoming a candidate should refer to the Candidate’s Bulletin on the Virginia Department of Elections website at https://www.elections.virginia.gov

The Commissioner of Revenue office, as well as three other constitutional offices — Sheriff, Treasurer and Commonwealth’s Attorney, will be on the November 6, 2019 General Election ballot.
