Experience the “magic” of small town America during Buchanan’s 26th Mountain Magic In Fall Bluegrass, Antiques & Crafts Festival. 10 – 6 Sat. Oct. 2
Thousands of visitors will flock to downtown exploring more than 100 vendor spaces filled with candles, knitted and crocheted items, wood crafts, furniture, glass, birdhouses, antiques, art, local honey, pumpkins, apples and more filling tables, easels and tents as the incredible smells of sausage, country ham and barbeque fill the air.
A celebration of the Town’s revitalization activities, Mountain Magic in Fall showcases the Town’s historic roots along Main Street where you will find antiques, arts, collectibles, home decor as well as restaurants offering great food and good old fashioned southern hospitality. A jouney through time, Buchanan’s historic buildings date from the early 1800’s through the 1950’s.
Bring a chair and sit a spell as today’s Bluegrass performances keep the musical heritage of this uniquely American genra of music alive by introducing a new generation of listeners to this uniquely American form of music. Join us as we kick off the day’s activities at 10 AM and continue playing throughout the day until 5:00PM.
Antique Auto, Truck & Tractor Show
Marvel at the restoration of scores of antique and classic autos and tractors on display. Meet the owners and ask them about their efforts to restore their cars.
