I was informed recently that LBHS senior, Miranda Kirtley (whose family resides on my street, Sowder Farm Road) was awarded a full athletic scholarship to swim at West Virginia University! Perhaps I missed an announcement about this accomplishment in the news? Nevertheless, I thought I’d pass it along to the Bee.
