BOCO Fit Rage raised funds for SARA

BOCO Fit Rage raised $1,000 for SARA Roanoke at their Burpees & Beer event at Ballast Point in Daleville Saturday, April 6. SARA is a non-profit organization that stands for Sexual Assault Response and Awareness and is a sexual assault crisis center. In order to participate attendees made a minimum $10 donation. It was a fun workout for all fitness levels. BOCO Fit Rage would like to thank Ballast Point, their members, the community at large, and representatives from other gyms in the area. They included PlayFitStayFit, Daleville Fit Body Boot Camp, Brickhouse Crossfit, Roanoke Fit Body Boot Camp, and Burn Boot Camp.
