Empty seat at Supervisors meeting photo

The Board of Supervisors set an empty place with a photo of former Fincastle District Supervisor Chairman Jack Leffel’s picture and a black ribbon on his chair to honor the unexpected passing of the life-long Botetourt County resident. Leffel has served on the Board since 2012.
