IF you were to go on the Botetourt Light Tour, we suggest The Town of Fincastle which has been voted a Christmas town on an internet tourism site. Next drive down Country Club Road to the gigantor display on the left, then back to US 220. From there, take a left into Ashley Plantation, slide through to Troutville and into Buchanan. Coming back buzz into Brugh’s Mill Exxon for some ice cream! Finish with a trip through the Read Mountain area. Be sure to play Christmas music as you drive.
