Jason Hogancamp is new co-director of New Freedom Farm
Jason Hogancamp a veteran who has PTSD has joined New Freedom Farm as co-director with Lois Fritz. Hogancamp will be working with the budding wild mustang program as well as supporting the many veterans who come to the farm. So far three wild mustangs have come to the farm and are being trained by veterans with Hogancamp and Fritz assisting.
New Freedom Farm is located in Buchanan and has been in operation for two years. Veterans from all over the country have come to visit.
The wild mustang plan is based on the therapeutic value of interaction with horses. Horses themselves that have been rescued.
22 veterans per day commit suicide. Fritz’s motto is that is 22 too many. To contact New Freedom Farm check out the Facebook page.
