JRHS Fruit sales through Nov. 16
The James River FFA Chapter is currently take orders for our annual citrus fruit sale now through November 16th. We will again be working with Florida Farm Bureau this year. Selections available include:
- Yellow Navel Oranges (⅖ Bushel for $25 or ⅘ Bushel for $35)
- Red Grapefruit (⅖ Bushel for $25 or ⅘ Bushel for $35)
- Sunkist Clementines (⅕ Bushel for $25 or ½ Bushel for $35)
- Hamlin Oranges (⅖ Bushel for $25 or ⅘ Bushel for $35)
- Red Delicious Apples (Half Box $30 or Full Box $40 )
- Green Delicious Apples (Half Box $30 or Full Box $40 )
- Grand Slam Gift Box – 18 Navels, 6 Red Delicious Apples, 3 Golden Apples, 6 Pears ($30)
- Premium Gift Box – 11 Red Grapefruit, 6 Navels, 6 Red Delicious Apples, 3 Pears ($30)
- Holiday Gift Box – 18 Navels, 10 Red Delicious Apples, 4 Red Grapefruit ($30)
- Apple/Pear Combo – 15 Apples and 15 Pears ($30)
- Pear Box – 40-50 Pears ($30)
- Mix Citrus Box – 16 Mandarin Oranges, 18 Navel Oranges, 6 Red Grapefruit ($30)
- Gold Pineapples – 8 Gold Pineapples ($30)
Not interested in Fruit or are you looking for a way to give back to the community? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then you might be interested in participating in our 4th Annual Feed A Family Campaign. We are seeking $5 donations that will help us to create a fruit bags for families in need in the Botetourt Community. Last year, we raised over $750, allowing us to create 150 fruit bags which were distributed to low-income families through the Buchanan and Springwood Food Banks. Please consider donating to this worthy cause.
