Eldor opened on Oct. 4

Dignitaries, media and invited guests toured the Eldor Corp on International Parkway at Greenfield on Oct. 4 as the new business opened.

After 3 years of preparation and building, the automotive company headquartered in Italy opened its first operation in the United States. The 250,000 square foot building houses the largest most advanced manufacturing plant in Botetourt. “Currently it has over 100 employees and expects to perhaps 350 in the future. This is the 5th site out side of the headquarters the company has built,” said Cody Sexton, Public Information official for Botetourt County.
