The Sunshine Station in Troutville next to Troutville Park will hold an ice cream fundraiser for Cloverdale Elementary School PTA. on Saturday Sept. 1. Ice cream will be served in sundaes, sodas and shakes. The event will take place from 11 a.m – 6 p.m.

The Sunshine girls support local efforts to raise funds.”This is the third year of philanthropy for the Sunshine girls,” said Lee Minnix leader of the Sunshine Girls.

Prices are by donation and curb service is provided.  PTA members will serve the tasty treats to the public.”It is much easier to take donations,” said Lee Minnix. ” The PTA will take checks made out to the Cloverdale PTA, too.”
